When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
phdrea reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdrea account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
phdrea is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity carried out through your account, whether by you or by any person who gains access using your credentials, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified phdrea of unauthorized access and cooperated fully with our security investigation.
phdrea accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through approved payment channels including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. phdrea reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
phdrea does not charge transaction fees on deposits processed through GCash, Maya, or QR Ph. However, individual payment providers or financial institutions may apply their own transfer charges, which are beyond phdrea's control.
Deposited funds are held in your phdrea wallet and are available for wagering immediately upon credit confirmation. phdrea does not pay interest on wallet balances.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified account holders at any time. phdrea processes GCash withdrawals in approximately three (3) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed same-business-day for requests submitted within normal banking hours. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance or in cases where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified for a given payment channel. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the phdrea account holder. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is prohibited.
KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any time phdrea deems appropriate, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, Passport, or SSS/GSIS card) and, where requested, proof of address and source of funds. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phdrea's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed conclusive. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phdrea platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the platform.
The phdrea name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of phdrea. Unauthorized use of phdrea's trademarks is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdrea's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount of funds held in your phdrea wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phdrea's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
phdrea collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phdrea platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
phdrea implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, server-side data encryption, and access controls to protect your personal and financial information. phdrea does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
phdrea reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phdrea will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, SMS to the registered mobile number, or a prominent notice displayed upon the next platform login.
Your continued use of the phdrea platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the process described in Section 4.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the phdrea platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit a written complaint to phdrea via [email protected] and allow phdrea a period of thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond to the complaint. phdrea will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally and in good faith.
In the event that informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to the applicable regulatory authority with jurisdiction over phdrea's operations in the Philippine online gaming market.
